Samsung Galaxy S25 ultra release date, price and specification

Samsung Galaxy S25 ultra will be released on January or on February first week. According to the rumor its base model will be released on January last week while its pro version will be released on February first week. While its official release date has not been announced.

As per the rumored, it will feature next gen Gorilla Glass Armor. It may offer improved anti-reflective and enhanced durability, further strengthening, Samsung exclusive partnership with corning. i.e, Glass front (Corning Gorilla Armor), glass back (Corning Gorilla Armor), titanium frame (grade 5).

Galaxy S25 ultra shall weight 219 g (7.72 oz) with dimension of 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm (6.41 x 3.06 x 0.32 in), which is thinner than Galaxy S24 ultra. It will also have IP68 dust/water resistant (up to 1.5m for 30min).
Galaxy S25 ultra will have screen size of 6.8 inches, 113.5 cm² (~89.8% screen-to-body ratio). And resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio (~505 ppi density).

Samsung Galaxy S25 ultra will feature OS of Android 15 and chipset of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 (3 nm). It will have Octa-core (2×4.19 GHz & 6×2.90 GHz) CPU and GPU: Adreno 830 (1.25 GHz).

Here the Camera of S25 ultra will not have update this time except for the ultrawide sensor. It will have 200 MP, f/1.7, 24mm (wide), 1/1.3″, 0.6µm, multi-directional PDAF, OIS. 10 MP, f/2.4, 67mm (telephoto), 1/3.52″, 1.12µm, PDAF, OIS, 3x optical zoom. 50 MP, f/3.4, 111mm (periscope telephoto), 1/2.52″, 0.7µm, PDAF, OIS, 5x optical zoom and 50 MP, f/2.0, 13mm, 120˚ (ultrawide), 0.7µm, dual pixel PDAF, Super Steady video. Well it will have feature Laser AF, LED flash, auto-HDR, panorama, Just like s24ultra.

This time Galaxy S25 ultra will have  5,000mAh battery and a charging of 45W, which is nothing new to its previous Ultra series. But this time something new is coming to the regular; “Battery AI”. The primary objective of Battery AI is to extend the longevity of the batteries in these devices by up to 10%. Unlike some Chinese competitors who increase the battery capacity to achieve similar results, Samsung is rumored to be opting for the integration of AI technology into its batteries.
